The Four Worlds Meditations are guided experiences based on the Tree of the Sefirot and draw from a variety of mystical traditions.  The intention is to facilitate an internal journey that teaches, attunes and calms, while also intoning affirmations, generating gratitude and advancing spiritual growth. Parts of the experience include kirtan or "call and response" style chants and repeat phrases. Tibetan bells, gongs and a harmonium provide a soothing soundscape.  By combining various principles of awareness-enhancing techniques, we create sustained moments or meaning and connection for the participants, and provide tools for life outside the meditation.

Kabalah is said to be the sacred word of mystical Judaism and is considered the world's oldest body of spiritual wisdom.  Lucian will provide a brief history and overview of Kabalah and the planets of our solar system; a review of the Pillars and Sephirah of the Kabalah, the placement of the planets within the Kabalah and their coresponding energy; to lead to spiritual enlightenment.
Lucian has an advanced degree in counseling and more than 25 years experience as a career counselor, trainer, guest lecturer, business coach and as an astrologer.  He serves on the Board of Directors of NCGR - Rocky Mountain Chapter, and international group of astrologers.
