This class will be
guided in a style of meditation from the Tamil Siddha tradition, from
ancient India, during which the sanskrit sounds are chanted and directed
into different areas of the body. After the chant, we move into a
silent meditation.

loss of a loved one? In our group we will create a safe, compassionate
environment in which to share and gain spiritual insight into one of
life's most challenging lessons. As facilitator, Beth will give
psychological, practical, and spiritual guidelines for coping with
grief and depression. In addition, we will explore the soul's purpose
on earth and how life continues after making the transition from the

University of Colorado, Boulder. She holds certifications in many
