James Galusha for an afternoon of learning how to grow your own
superfoods for pennies! Grow a wide range of sprouts, alfalfa, cabbage,
radish, clover, fenugreek, broccoli, bean sprouts, mung beans, and
adzuki beans that are for more versatile than what we find in health
food stores. Also, grow trays of your own antioxidant, immune boosting,
protein rich microgreens like; pea green, sunflower greens, flax
greens, wheat grass and more! You will benefit from information James
has researched on the internet, in books and seminars that is not
available any other way.
James, a sprouting expert, has been growing his own sprouts and microgreens of every kind for over fifteen years.

As children we are
connected to our joy, love and life. But, as we grow, we become
"responsible" and forget how to truly live in spirit. In this workshop
you will learn how to become a kid again with waking hypnosis
techniques. Included will be a very special hypnosis to reconnect you
to your inner child. The hypnosis is a very cathartic experience that
everyone who is on a spiritual path should undertake.

working and teaching in Denver. She is available for private session,
